Does Ferny offer in-person appointments?
Fernando does not offer in-person appointments (no exceptions, nor for the offer of additional compensation). All services are virtual via phone/video call or email.

Are Zoom video/phone call readings as reliable as in-person readings?
Yes! A person’s energy or a loved one’s spirit can travel anywhere through any communication medium. Although some clients may prefer in-person sessions, Zoom video calls and phone sessions are just as effective and are a great solution to our busy lives and schedules. There are many benefits to video calls or phone readings: no driving to the location, quicker scheduling, more discreetness, and better overall convenience. It can also be done anywhere in the world where phone and internet connectivity are available.

Which service or appointment type best fits my needs?
Spirit Communication (Mediumship)
- This mediumship session type is for individuals who would like to connect and communicate with the spirit of deceased loved ones to affirm their existence after death.
Life Reading (Psychic)
- This psychic reading service is for clients who seek insight into what events, circumstances, or situations may lie ahead in the coming year or so. Ferny will spend approximately twenty minutes reviewing the four general areas of your life (Health, Finances, Career/Work, & Relationships). The final part of the session is question & answer styled, so your life-related questions regarding issues or situations you are wanting deeper clarity on may be asked.
15 Minute Q&A Reading
- This session type is designed for the client to ask all the questions and who needs a quick connection to Fernando. Your life-related questions will be answered by Fernando with his insight, guidance, and/or advice. Questions should be specific and pertain to situations or issues you are dealing with. This service may also be used as a follow-up to a previous reading you had with Fernando and is also available in an Emergency format that offers earlier availability. This service does not include Spirit Communication-related readings or inquiries and is not intended to be a full-length Life Reading.
Spiritual Guidance & Life Coaching
- This service is for our clients who feel spiritually blocked and seek assistance in making changes in areas of their life related to shifting energy & mentality and evolving self-spirituality to help with personal life goals. Ferny incorporates Law of Attraction, manifestation principles, and spiritual philosophy, as well as actionable steps to help you on your spiritual life journey while you guide the topics of the session that you want to focus on the most. You may also ask topical questions regarding supernatural experiences and questions that are specific to situations in your life and future. While Fernando may provide some details about future events and signs from your loved ones in spirit, this session is not intended to be a mediumship/Spirit Communication session or a psychic/Life Reading.
One-On-One Psychic Ability Training
- This session type is for individuals who are serious about developing their psychic abilities and mediumship skills. Ferny will guide you in understanding your mind's power and mental processes as he coaches you through practical exercises that are designed to develop your authentic mental abilities. Properly trained psychic and mediumship abilities require consistent, ongoing practice over time, so an expectation of being a fully realized psychic medium after one development training session is unrealistic. Training is expected for a minimum of ten sessions before any proficient use of your abilities can be utilized. If you are unable to devote the time required for monthly training, you may not be prepared for the level of commitment required to develop and hone your psychic abilities. As a result, Ferny reserves the right to discontinue this session type for such clients.
eReading
- A three or six-question email reading service in which all questions must be specific and pertain to a situation or issue you are needing clarity on. This service does not include Spirit Communication-related readings or inquiries and is not intended to be a full psychic/Life Reading.

Can I book an appointment by phone, email, text, or social media private messaging?
We do not offer nor accept appointment bookings by phone, email, text, or social media private messaging. All appointments and services must be booked and purchased through our website via the automated online Acuity Scheduling and Square Payment Processing platforms.

Do you offer a combination Life Reading/Spirit Communication session type?
We do not currently offer combined or split service sessions. A Life Reading and a Spirit Communication session must be booked and purchased separately.

I believe I may have psychic or mediumship abilities. Is Fernando able to teach me in further developing or understanding my abilities?
Fernando offers two appointment-oriented class options for further strengthening your emerging psychic and mediumship abilities:
- A One-On-One Psychic Development Training class in which you will practice your psychic abilities with exercises designed to enhance and maximize your psychic capability. Fernando will explain and deconstruct your personal mental sensing processes, as well as delve deep into mental blocks that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. He will also teach you how to recognize and decode your changing signs, symbols, and energy/spirit language.
- And a monthly Group Psychic Development Training class that offers the equivalent teaching as a One-On-One Psychic Development Training class but in a group setting of 3-4 students, as opposed to an individual setting. As a group, Fernando will have only a limited amount of time to work with each participant individually.
Both classes can be booked under the "Services" section of our website.
Ferny also offers a Psychic & Mediumship Development Course available on his YouTube channel, free of charge. This course is a basic starting point for those interested in exploring and understanding their abilities.

Does Ferny offer readings through mobile text messaging or social media private messaging?
Ferny does not provide readings and services via text message or private messaging on any social media platform. In addition, he will never privately message clients or followers on any social media platform, encouraging them to purchase services. Scammers impersonating Ferny will occasionally approach his social media followers and audience members at his social media live events, falsely offering services while posing as Fernando. If any social media account under any username other than "fernyesp" attempts to solicit services, it is suggested that followers report these fraudulent impersonator accounts to the relevant social media platform.

Can I book different services back-to-back for the same day?
Yes, only if the availability is open on our online scheduler to do so.
If you would like to have a Spirit Communication session and a Life Reading on the same day, we suggest viewing availability for a Spirit Communication session first in order to see availability for other same-day, time-adjacent slots.

Can I book for an earlier date than what is available on the scheduling calendar?
Appointment availability is limited to what is currently available on our website's scheduling calendar. However, we recommend periodically checking the online calendar for cancellations, reschedulings, or new appointment openings. To take advantage of these potential appointment openings, you may inquire by clicking the reschedule button, accessed through the "view appointment details" link in your appointment confirmation email

Is there 24-hour availability for emergency and last-minute appointments?
24-hour availability is not available for any appointment type. However, for clients needing the earliest availability, we do offer 15-Minute Q&A Emergency Readings, which typically provide same to next-business-day availability.

Am I able to talk with Ferny first before purchasing a service so that I may decide if we are compatitable?

Does Ferny speak Spanish?
Yes, while Fernando may not be perfectly fluent, he possesses the ability to hold conversations in Spanish. However, it's recommended that our Spanish-only speaking clients have an interpreter present during their phone or video call appointments, especially for Spirit Communication sessions.

Can I hire Ferny for a party or event?
Fernando does not take part in parties or private events unless it is a collaborative conference event that showcases his area of knowledge and ability positively, as opposed to parties and private events seeking his abilities for entertainment value. How do I prepare for my Spirit Communication appointment?
If you've booked a Spirit Communication session it might be a good idea to write down some key dates and names of loved ones in spirit so that you may refer to during the session, but this is not necessary. On some occasions, clients may not initially connect to all the pieces being stated by Fernando during their appointment. That is why sessions are recorded for your convenience, so you'll always have the opportunity after your appointment concludes to go back over everything that was stated. Many times our clients will reach out to their loved ones and subsequently reach back out to us to confirm details of key information they didn’t initially understand or know of during their appointment.

What are realistic expectations for a Spirit Communication (Mediumship) session?
In order to properly establish connection, several conditions must be present for quality spirit contact to occur. Fernando (the “medium”) must be in a relaxed, calm, and positive state of mind. The relationship between the medium and the client (or “recipient”) must be open and sincere. The client must be willing to connect with whomever emerges, as the medium cannot control who will come through the mediumship session. If the client only wishes to hear specific messages from certain loved ones in spirit, then this severely restricts the medium’s ability for deeper, transcendent communication. It may also negate additional information that may arise during a spirit connection. If a client is apprehensive about making contact with specific spirits, then Fernando recommends that they reconsider booking a Spirit Communication session. Sometimes clients will purchase and book a Spirit Communication appointment as a surprise for a friend or family member. Even though the purchaser means well, it will only act as a barrier that the medium will have to work through in order to create a quality spirit connection.
If there is a large disturbance that causes an overwhelming amount of mental and emotional distress in the human collective's consciousness, such as the day of the September 11th, 2001 tragedy, it could act as a barrier that prevents Fernando from connecting to elevated levels of spirit communication. It is Fernando’s intention to further enable healing and validation for the existence of those in spirit. As such, if he (as the “medium”) feels that the connection will be weak or that the energy may be unbalanced before or during the session, he may decide to terminate or cancel the session and issue the client a refund. Understand that the information he relay’s back to you is subject to interpretation and although he attempts to make sense of the transcendent information he receives from spirit, he may at times misinterpret what exactly they are communicating. Fernando always openly shares how he is comprehending the spiritual messages and details as to limit the amount of misinterpretation that may occur, allowing the client to form their own conclusions as well.
A loved one's spirit may occasionally offer guidance or advice, but they are limited in how involved they can be in your life. You are here in the physical world while they are not. You must make decisions for yourself as it is not their place nor Ferny's to tell you what choices or decisions to make in your life.
In addition, while Fernando always does his best to connect mentally to the spirit world during a mediumship appointment, there are no guarantees that spirit(s) will be equally as willing to communicate or even effectively. In the rare instances in which this may occur, you will be offered a full refund.

How do I prepare for my Life Reading appointment?
For a Life Reading, Fernando tends to focus on details and scenarios he is sensing within four main categories, health/wellness, finances, career/work, and relationships. Fernando typically gets through this type of reading within the initial twenty minutes of the appointment, allotting the last ten minutes for client questions & answers. While it is not necessary, Fernando recommends that you have a physical or mental list of at least five specific questions regarding the reading or other issues you would like to inquire about.

What are realistic expectations for a Life Reading (Psychic) session?
During a Life Reading, Fernando will disclose all his senses as a psychic. He is able to detect certain aspects of a person's life, but this does not entitle him to perceive all aspects of it. He starts by picking up on features and traits of your life when he first tunes into your energy, much like puzzle pieces. He will then have to decide on outcomes based on his comprehension of those particular components despite not having a clear vision of the entire picture. These conclusions enable him to conceive and predict both probable current and future life circumstances. Fernando will complete your life reading after the first twenty minutes of your session, at which point you are free to ask him any questions you may have regarding the reading or anything else pertaining to your life. Any dates and times provided are approximate, and events referenced in the reading occasionally take place in ways that differ from Fernando's interpretation. The final decision regarding how you use Fernando's information rests with you. He cannot guarantee that you will always agree with what he is sensing. He advises that you try to keep an open mind because predictions can come true in the future, even if you think they're impossible. Guarantees or assurances regarding predictions stated during the session cannot be made.

Can I use Zoom through my phone or laptop without installing the app?
Downloading the Zoom app is not necessary to access Zoom for your video call appointment. Users can join Zoom appointments from their web browser and bypass downloading Zoom. At the appointment start time, locate the Zoom meeting invite link from your appointment confirmation email and click the join link to join the meeting. If a pop-up window prompts you to open or install the Zoom desktop client, click cancel. Users will then be prompted to enter their name and placed in a waiting room area. Once Ferny is ready to begin your appointment, he will give you access to the video meeting. If Ferny is running late, please remain in the waiting room area.
*A Zoom passcode should not be required, as it will be included in the link you use to enter your Zoom meeting.

Do I call Ferny, or does he call me at the time of my appointment?
If you have a phone call appointment, then Ferny will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment. If you have a Zoom video and/or international call scheduled, then you will need to click on the Zoom link in your appointment confirmation email to enter the Zoom waiting room for your session.

My scheduled appointment has just started but Fernando is not available.
First, please ensure that you have the correct date and time of your appointment. This can be confirmed by accessing your appointment confirmation or reminder emails you received after booking. In addition, Ferny will, at times, become momentarily delayed by previous appointments which run over their allotted time. This delay will usually last no more than ten minutes. Please remain patient as he finishes up with his previous client. And do not worry; you will be allotted the full amount of time for the appointment type purchased. For our Zoom video call clients, please remain in the Zoom waiting room until Fernando joins you. How do you connect with spirits of those who have passed?
Fernando first prepares his mental and energetic vibrations before beginning a mediumship reading. This allows him to increase his energy rate with intention to a point where a telepathic connection with individuals in spirit comes easier. Once he's made himself available to serve as a medium, the spirits of the deceased can use his thoughts, feelings, and memories to help him interpret what he's sensing while relaying that communication back to you.

Why do you use a photo or other identifier to connect with spirits?
As individual spirits manifest themselves during a mediumship session, they usually are surrounded by a small crowd of other spirits, consisting of spirit guides and other loved ones. Too many spirits can cause over-communication and noise during a session, so a name, picture, or sentimental item can serve as the targeted spirit's special energy calling card. When Fernando is willingly given access to this it permits him to zone into that spirit's energy immediately. One may have the impression that by doing this, you're "feeding" him details about a person in spirit. However, knowing in advance that a loved one's spirit is named "Judith" does not let Ferny know that Judith was raised on a farm or that she enjoyed knitting and gardening.

Will my session be recorded?
All appointments are recorded. A complimentary audio or video recording of all video and phone call sessions is made and emailed within 24 hours after the appointment ends. Due to potentially unforeseen technological issues, we cannot guarantee a recording for every session, so clients are encouraged to record their own sessions.

What if Ferny's prediction’s do not occur in the time frame he gave me?
Figuring out time with psychic prediction work is a challenging part of sensing. If the timing of Fernando’s prediction has passed without the events taking place, then in most cases, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- His timing is off by about 1-3 months, so please be patient.
- His timing is off by one year, as is commonly the case. For example, if he predicted an event to occur in August of the current year, but nothing occurs in August, then apply it to August of the following year.
- Or quite simply Ferny was wrong in the way he interpreted the details, and his prediction was incorrect.

I have a follow-up question after my appointment, or I forgot to ask Ferny about an issue. Can I still ask him?
If interested in any follow up questions after a reading with Fernando, we recommend booking one of our 15-Minute Q&A Readings, a question-answer styled service. However, outside of appointments, follow-up questions or questions that you forgot to ask are not permissible after your session time has ended.

How often can I book a session with Ferny?
Rules apply differently for each session type:
Spirit Communication (Mediumship)
- Fernando advises that a client only have one Spirit Communication session per year. Becoming dependent on mediums for continual spiritual connection can negatively impact the grieving process of loved ones who have passed. If you participated in a group Spirit Communication session and would like your own, we encourage you to schedule a private appointment.
Life Reading (Psychic)
- Fernando recommends Life Reading sessions one to two times a year (or every six months). Any more than this will be excessive as Fernando would likely be repeating himself in the sessions.
15 Minute Q&A Reading
- You can schedule these sessions whenever you choose, however, if you schedule them every week, Fernando may start to repeat himself, in which case he might ask that you wait a little longer before scheduling again.
Spiritual Guidance & Life Coaching and Psychic Development Training
- You may need to connect once a month to work on the areas covered in these session types, but ultimately this depends on your commitment level and availability.

What happens if I fail to show up to my scheduled appointment?

All clients must agree to accept the stated terms by entering into a legally binding agreement when purchasing their appointment and/or consent to a verbal agreement stated by Fernando at the beginning of each session. Complaints such as "I did not resonate with the insight given" or "I feel some details were inaccurate" are not adequate reasons for a refund. Clients are also welcome to submit a payment dispute with their credit card, or financial institution. Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policies

What is involved in rescheduling my appointment?
Rescheduling may be made up until 24 hours before your appointment start time. A rescheduling fee equal to 15% of your service price will be charged if you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your start time. The appointment is non-refundable and will be canceled if the rescheduling fee is not paid. After your initial booking, only two rescheduling attempts are permitted per appointment. Rescheduling an appointment for a third time will result in cancellation, and a refund will only be granted if it is 24 hours or more before the appointment start time.

How do I reschedule my appointment before the 24-hour window?

What is your Refund Policy?
Email Readings are non-refundable after the service has been rendered. 15-Minute Q&A Standard & Emergency Readings are excluded from the ten-minute opt-out window and are only subject to a refund if the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment start time. For all other services, you are eligible for a full refund if the appointment (or package) is canceled 24 hours or more prior to the appointment start time or if termination of the appointment is requested within the first ten minutes of the appointment start time (known as the Ten-Minute Opt-Out Window). Appointments continuing past the ten-minute opt-out window are strictly ineligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time are non-refundable. Any appointment time forfeited voluntarily by the client is not eligible for monetary/time credits or a refund. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment and contact us within the appointment day will result in your appointment being canceled and ineligible for rescheduling or a refund. Rescheduling an appointment for a third time will result in cancellation, and a refund will only be granted if it is 24 hours or more before the appointment start time. Clients are fully refunded if Fernando cancels a scheduled appointment for various reasons or is unable to establish a reschedule date with the client thereafter.

Can Ferny remove curses or help those possessed by malevolent spirits?
That is not an area of focus for Fernando’s work. He does not believe in the commonly held misconception of curses. Blaming curses for "bad luck" can be a scapegoat for individuals who are unwilling to take responsibility for their own energy, intent, actions, and choices. However, Fernando does recommend that people who believe they are cursed watch the film "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, as it explains much of the phenomena they may be experiencing.
Additionally, Fernando retains the authority to refuse to work with individuals who assert that they have been "taken over" or "inhabited by negative spirits and entities." If there is no sign of a psychiatric or mental disorder at work, Fernando suggests seeking the help of a shamanic healer to re-establish harmony in the person's inner energy and consciousness with physical reality.

Does Ferny speak Spanish?
Yes, while Fernando may not be perfectly fluent, he possesses the ability to hold conversations in Spanish. However, it's recommended that our Spanish-only speaking clients have an interpreter present during their phone or video call appointments, especially for Spirit Communication sessions.
